Add e-signatures with multiple signers
Add signature fields to a form, set the order people sign in, and collect legally clear, time-stamped signatures from every signer.
Agreements, consent forms and approvals all need a signature. You can collect them inside the same form people are already filling in, with no separate signing tool.
Add a signature field
In the builder, add a signature field anywhere a sign-off belongs. People can sign with a mouse, trackpad or finger on a touchscreen.
Handle more than one signer
Add a separate signature field for each person who needs to sign — for example a client and a provider, or an employee and a manager. Each signer gets their own field and label.
Set the order people sign in
When a document needs to move through people in sequence, set the signing order so the right person signs first and the next follows. Everyone signs on their own device, wherever they are.
Share and collect
Publish the form and share the link, or embed it on your site. As people complete and sign, their responses collect together so you have a clear record of who signed and when.
